The extremely gentle Golden Cordovans™ come from the Cordovan Italian family. They come in a range of shades, from near-white to a reddish hue, with hues darkening over time. A standout for their gentleness, these honey makers are also bred to be VSH (Varroa Sensitive Hygiene) resistant. We’ve slightly adjusted our breeding program for 2024 to include more TX5000 genetics to make them hardier than in the past.

When selecting bees for your hive, be sure to pick a location and time that works for you. Note: Changes to bee products (i.e., pick up dates/times) will incur a $25 service fee
