All that is missing is a direction sheet; if you place the frame ends in the wrong way, you'll never get 'em out once assembled. This isn't a product flaw; it's an instructional omussion.

I specifically ordered this particular frame jig because it was the only one that I found like the old Brushy Mountain Frame Jig. I received the frame jig the day after ordering, which was greatly appreciated. Upon opening the box, I didn't receive what is pictured on the website. I received the standard frame jig with the two springs just like everyone else sells. I notified Texas Bee Supply immediately and was told the website must have old pictures and I was offered a full refund if I wanted. I think the frame jig is made of quality and decided to keep it since I cannot find another one like what I originally wanted. It has been 20 days since placing my order and the website still hasn't been updated with pictures of the actual frame jig that they sell. Other than that, I wouldn't hesitate to place another order with Texas Bee Supply. Their customer service was very friendly and the three products that I received were of the highest quality.
