It's been nice going at this endeavor and also having experienced people to be able to call and talk to for guidance and the ever present second guessing. So far the bees have acclimated to the area and multiplying faster than expected. I had a few damaged items but was able to return them and get them replaced no problem as well as be able to ask more questions that popped up as I was putting things together. I hope they open up a spot closer to where my land is because it's a nice place to visit and great people to learn from.

The equipment I ordered was shipped out quickly the next day. One of the 7 large boxes of equipment that were shipped to me was clearly damaged. When I notified the Texas Bee Supply their customer service was excellent and they handled the replacement the same day.

One of the 3 appears to have been dropped, warped, or built wrong. Does not set correctly on the deep box under it. Tried it on 3 hives. The box is not “square”, needed it so used it on hive and duct taped top and bottom of box to cover the mis alignment. Have 17 hives, have never had this happen from your store.

Tolerances on the build of this box could be better. Staples are sunk a bit deep for my liking. Not the best choice of boards, i.e. knots/cracks, etc. However, can we really expect perfection from somerhing mass produced? These are just issues with me being a bit nit-picky. I am happy with this box and would recommend to anyone.
