10 Frame Medium Unassembled Hive Box

Beautiful wood. I hated to paint it. Everything fits together really well and was easy to assemble. I will definitely be buying more of these in the future!

Since I started buy from Texas Bee Supply I've always been satisfied with the product, and the telephone service is certainly above par. This last order was a little different. The frames are fine and the price right, but the boxes were a bit of a problem. The dovetails were not of the square corner variety but the type with tapered fingers. For sturdiness this is a good thing, but there were two problems. The not so bad problem was the fingers were not predrilled for nails or screws. The worse problem was that the joints were not always properly aligned. A few blows with a rubber mallet would seat them, so it was not a really big deal, but it reflects negatively on the vendor's quality control. If they get their machinery jigged up right, these boxes would be almost perfect.

The frames were in good condition and easily assembled.

These were the first boxes that I have purchased that have dove tail joints. It was a learning experience for me.

By far the best cut material I have purchased from any bee supply store. The Dove tail joints make assembly a breeze and more secure. Shipping is always prompt and I have had no issues with incomplete or incorrect orders.
