These deep hive bodies are crafted with a precision cut interlocking box joint and predrilled nail holes. Imperfections will not interfere with the structure and functionality of the box. Use 9⅛” Frames and 8½” Foundation. Nails are not included.

I just bought and assemble 7 of these. I've used them before and like the quality. The joined are clean and tight. Sometimes I will glue and nail them, this time, I used deck screws without glue and a right angle jig for assembly. They all got two coats of white latex paint on the outside. The boxes are tight and square and made with high quality pine. I had looked at buying my own wood and making boxes but the wood alone at The Big Orange Box store was going to cost over $18 per box without any labor for cutting. TBOB store had poor quality wood so I ordered them for about $3 more per box and free shipping. Well worth it!
