Free Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on most orders over $149 within the continental US, excluding bulk, wholesale, dealer, and commercial orders. Some products are pickup only, including bees, syrup, extractors, and certain jars (e.g., Queenline glass jars). These items do not qualify for free shipping, and we do not guarantee glass jar shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days for products in new condition, offering store credit, a product exchange, or a refund. After 30 days, only store credit is available. To initiate a return, contact Shipping@TheBeeSupply.com or call 1-800-356-4229.
Protective Gear Policy
TBS offers one free return/exchange for our brand protective gear within 30 days. After that, we provide replacements for manufacturer defects within 6 months.
Exceptions to our return and exchange policy
1. We cannot accept used, damaged, or clearance items.
2. TBS may limit returns if the policy is misused.
3. Additional exceptions:
o Bee purchases: 30-day Healthy Hive Guarantee applies.
o Queen purchases: non-refundable.
o Premium package bees: pickup only.
o One free exchange for protective gear; shipping costs apply for additional exchanges.
o Glass products ship at your own risk of damage.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damage, etc.). We recommend using a tracked carrier.
Shipping Information
Orders typically process within 1-2 business days and ship via UPS ground, which takes 1-5 business days, depending on your location. We currently do not offer expedited shipping.
The TBS shipping department is open Monday to Friday, 10 am to 4 pm, and closed on weekends.
In-Store Pickup
Orders can be picked up within 7 days. After that, we will ship the order to the provided address, and shipping charges may apply.
