Add your plate or sock of Para-Moth wax moth crystals, then simply zip up the bag! Since our bag completely and safely seals, only one application of crystals areneeded.
Alternatively, you can freeze your supers for 24 hours to kill any potential wax moth eggs, then place in our bags. After freezing, they will stay protected from pests in our bags, negating the need for any treatment like wax moth crystals!
I got the small super bags. Holds two mediums or one deep. Good material and good zipper. Just put small bag of paramoth in and leave. Great idea

I have not seen these bags in any other online bee supply catalogs. I purchased them to keep ants and other insects out of the frames of drawn comb that I will store in my honey house when I consolidate my hives down to 2-deep boxes this year before the onset of winter. The material of the bags is similar to the hypoallergenic materials used to encase mattresses to eliminate exposure to bed bugs. I think they are brilliant and applaud Texas Bee Supply for being the first (or among the first) to offer them for sale. Good job guys!

I’m hoping for the best. Those ding dong dang wax moths are a heartbreaker. I’ll will still freeze my frames an treat with Xentari. We will see come spring.
